Below is our always up-to-date schedule. Reservations are not necessary for yoga classes. However, space is limited. So, please arrive about 10 minutes early for class. Any classes or events marked *** after the title require pre-registration. Please visit the Special Events page to reserve your space!

Mats and props are provided for your use free of charge. We also provide water and tea.

Please avoid eating at least 2 hours prior to practice.
