Attune yourself to the rhythm of the season! Spring is a time for clearing debris and fostering new growth. This month’s pranayama and vinyasa flow will aim to detoxify the body, while musical accompaniment by Avery Coffee on acoustic guitar will help to soothe the senses. We’ll wind down with candlelit yoga nidra in sync with the setting sun.

More than just an intro for beginners, Yoga 101 is a place to begin to truly understand the whole of the practice. Taught in weekly components, this series will introduce you to the complete 8 Limb Path of Yoga, including the theory and philosophy that underlies it. Learn proper use of asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to attain desired effects. This is a perfect place to begin cultivating your own at home yoga practice with guidance and space to ask all the questions that come up along the way.
Appropriate for brand new beginners and experienced yogis who want to deepen their practice.
