Below is our regularly updated schedule. Reservations are not necessary for yoga classes. However, space is limited. So, please arrive about 10 minutes early for class.

Mats and props are provided for your use free of charge. We also provide water and tea.

Please avoid eating at least 2 hours prior to practice.
